Fine Art in Anthem, Arizona

The Anthem "Festival of Fine Art" juried art show was presented to more than 200 people this weekend. The state's 50 top Arizona artists setup their various presentations on Friday for display on Saturday and Sunday at the Anthem Community Center. The diversity of art displayed at the show was breathtaking and the new, creative ideas were absolutely astonishing.

Discussing the show with artists was a blast. One such conversation with a couple of painters revealed an interesting trend in the patrons of art. Today's understated fashion has had such an impact on consumer assessment. As an artist, your biggest clients may come dressed in their best suits and dresses or may show up in a t-shirt and a pair of tennis shoes. Targeted questions quickly reveal the intentions of an interested browser who may turn into a buyer. But, this "edge" of identifying buyers by the way they dress is no longer available.
